I am Terra – welcome to The T Edit!
Today is a new beginning.
Late last year, I decided something needed to change.
I was in an executive-level corporate position for a Fortune 5 organization, and I had accomplished my biggest life goals, but something was missing. My buckets were empty, and I was emotionally exhausted. Having worked since the age of 12, I had raised my two amazing children as a single mother while also working in a full-time career and returning to school when I was 40.
With the 20-year goal of completing my education, I graduated in 2022 with my PhD in Organizational Management and Leadership. My Research Dissertation involved the impact of Organizational Culture on the success of Health Care Merger/Acquisitions. In 2025, I became a Certified Life Coach.
Thereafter, I left my executive role at the end of 2025 to reclaim my joy. I had lost myself somewhere along the way.
The T Edit is a reflection of what I have learned so far. I am excited to share with you!
